These terms govern your use of Rockstone products and services, including Rockstone Marketing, enterprise marketing operations, and related automation workflows.
Using Rockstone
You are responsible for the accounts, data, credentials, devices, integrations, and workflows you connect. You must have the right to use any third-party account or service you ask Rockstone to access or automate.
Automations and approvals
Rockstone can help create, schedule, publish, analyse, and automate marketing workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs where approval is required and for complying with the rules of third-party platforms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscription access may be limited, paused, or cancelled if payment fails, abuse is detected, or these terms are violated.
No guaranteed outcomes
We build systems designed to improve marketing execution and iteration. We do not guarantee views, rankings, followers, revenue, platform treatment, or algorithmic outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rockstone to break laws, abuse platforms, infringe rights, harass people, distribute malware, or access accounts/systems without permission.
