User data deletion

You can request deletion of your Rockstone account and associated user data at any time.
Option 1: Delete from your account
If you can log in, go to Account settings, scroll to the danger zone, type DELETE, and confirm account deletion.
Option 2: Email a deletion request
Email support@rockstone.inc from the email address associated with your Rockstone account. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject.
What we delete
We delete your Rockstone user account record and associated product data where technically and legally possible. Some billing, security, audit, tax, or abuse-prevention records may be retained if required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel external subscriptions already managed by Stripe or third-party platforms. Cancel active subscriptions first, or ask support for help.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
