Rockstone Inc. (“Rockstone”, “we”, “us”) provides Rockstone Marketing, enterprise marketing operations, and related automation services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, such as name, email, company, login provider identifiers, billing/subscription status, support messages, and settings you save in the product. When you connect services, devices, channels, or integrations, we store the minimum information needed to operate them.
How we use information
We use your information to provide Rockstone products, manage subscriptions, operate automations, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
Rockstone uses trusted providers including Firebase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Postiz, and AI/API providers selected by the user or required by a workflow. Their processing is limited to providing the requested service.
AI and automation data
We do not sell your business data. We do not intentionally train public models on your private business data. Some workflows may send user-provided prompts, files, or outputs to third-party AI providers only when required to complete the requested automation.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data. See our data deletion instructions or email support@rockstone.inc.
